Theurgist Lancre may memorize a normal allotment of domain spells per day from any domain provided by one of the major gods of Therra but must make a Knowledge (religion) check at DC15 + spell level to prepare each spell each day. He has no access to any granted powers of any domains. At his election, Lancre has chosen to turn undead and perform spontaneous curing. He suffers a -2 circumstance penalty to Cha and all Cha-based skills when dealing with non-Mordanti.

A late comer to the Heroes, Brother Lancre was appointed to proceed on the Quest of the Gem for largely political reasons, at the insistance of the Church of Mordant. Jerregobe the White lobbied long for his inclusion, for he felt (rightly so) that having a priest who had access to a wide variety of divine spells would be of great aid to the Heroes.

Brother Lancre is no coward, but he is also no warrior priest and prefers to stay well away from combat, letting the warriors and wizards kill en masse while he chooses subtler divine spells that are often of great use outside of combat. When Lancre was given rulership of one of the five Cantons of Slumber, he quickly established a haven for fellow Mordants to come and practice their religion, and Mordants did indeed come from far and wide, even as far as Lochnirr on the Isle of Onlor. Although Lancre cannot claim title to Highest Brother of the Church of Mordant, he is certainly one of the more accomplished and respected Brothers and his deeds on the Quest of the Gem merely add to his stature. Lancre built and heads the Church of Mordant in Slumber and was the designer of the great Cathedral of the Gods in Mordanton.

In 10 N.S. Lancre married Prescla of Imtorr in a ceremony presided over by the Highest Brother of the Church and they have been blessed with 2 children.
