This medallion is in the shape of a crescent moon of silver. Runes of warfare and victory are enscribed on its face. The wearer of this medallion gains DR 1/- and a +1 deflection bonus to AC. In addition, 1/day, the wearer can gain a +2 luck bonus to any single attack roll.

Queen Imerika, born in 5356, is the daughter of the late Queen Imerild and is acknowledged as the current High Queen of the elves and a direct descendant of the rulers of ancient Blanthil. Queen Imerild was one of the members of the Great Council of War and Imerika was chosen to represent elvenkind on the Quest of the Gem. She served admirably and it was she who fired the Gem of Power melded to the shaft of Heartseeker into the door of Slumber to reawaken the gods.

Afterwards, Imerika, touched by both the horrible twisting of Blanthil and by the glimpse of its ancient glory she partook of in the glade of the koliathra, made it her goal to begin the process of resettling the Blanthil. With others of her kin and with the blessing of her mother, she established the first settlements in eastern Blanthil with the help of the rulers of Slumber, her former companions. Since then, as Queen, Imerika has made war aggressively upon the evil that dwells within the forest, and her kin have secured the entire eastern border of the forest and are now pressing inward, with more of her elven kin returning to man settlements every day.

Imerika is beautiful and radiant and has a very kind demeanour that invites even goblins and other brutes to trust her. However, she is a deadly bow-fighter and an accomplished sorcerer and when aroused she can become a paragon of deadliness. She has recently attempted to become re-acquainted with the ways of the woods, though her long years of formal battle training and arcane mastery have made it difficult for her to adjust to the sensibilities of the wild.
